Obituary for Margaret E. "Maggie" Narducci (Brown)

Margaret E. "Maggie"  Narducci (Brown)
Maggie E. Narducci, 51, wife of John E. Narducci, of Pennsburg, PA passed away on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 in Temple University Hospital.

Born in Upper Darby, PA; she was the daughter of Joan C. (Hartman) and John S. Brown, Sr. of Aurora,Colorado.

She was a graduate of Simmons College, Boston, MA and holds a Master’s Degree in Education from Boston University. As an Associate Account Executive of Adjacent Markets at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a publisher of school books, she assisted in the selection of curriculum and teacher training. Certified in Special Needs, Maggie previously worked with Penn Foundation.

Maggie was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church. She was involved in volunteer works throughout the community. She loved children, being of help to others, caretaker and rescuer of animals and enjoyed traveling, especially with her family.

Surviving along with her husband and parents is a son, Jack Manning Narducci at home; four brothers, John S. Brown,Jr. and wife, Pam of Bourne, MA, Charles S. Brown and wife, Chrissy of Gainesville, GA, Jeffrey S. Brown and wife, Dee of Brookline, NH and Michael V. Brown and wife, Suzannah of Denver, CO and many nieces and nephews.

A mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 1525 Valley Center Pkwy #180, Bethlehem, PA 18017.
