Obituary for Irene R. Visco (Drelick)

Irene R. (Drelick) Visco, 88, of East Greenville, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2019 at LifeQuest Nursing Center in Quakertown. She was the loving wife of the late Anthony L. Visco.
Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Ann (Churchray) Drelick.

Irene held many roles in her life, and one of them was a finisher at Pennsburg Woodcraft for many years.
She was also an active member of the Emmaus Garden Club, the Green Lane Marlboro Lioness Club and St. Philip Neri R.C. in Pennsburg, where she would volunteer at almost every church function. She also volunteered at Meals on Wheels through the Open Link and the local thrift store in Pennsburg. In addition to all of her other volunteering, Irene would never hesitate to lend a helping hand to individuals in the community who needed a ride to doctor’s appointments or anywhere else they needed to go.

Surviving are her three children, Diane Rothenberger and husband, Leroy of Beavercreek, OH, Rick Visco and wife, Patricia of Pennsburg and Marieanne Krause of Dayton, OH; her special son, Vincent O’Domski; her three grandchildren, Joshua Rothenberger and wife, Jade, Nicholas Rothenberger and wife, Heather and Jason Stauffer and wife, Sara; her eight great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Gavin, Caleb, Sloan, Beau, Madison, Owen and Aubrey; and her brother, William Drelick and wife, Joan. In addition to her husband and parents, she is predeceased by her siblings, John Drelick, Genevieve Thompson, Marion Green and Robert Drelick.

A funeral mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, November 4, 2019 at St. Philip Neri R.C., 1325 Klinerd Rd., Pennsburg, PA 18073 with the Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Burial will be private. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 AM at the church prior to mass. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville, PA.
