Obituary for Anthony J. Bucci

Anthony J. Bucci, 94, widower of Dolores F. (Piccinni) Bucci, of Green Lane, passed away Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Pennsburg Manor.

Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late John and Christina (Cimorelli) Bucci.

Anthony served in the United States Navy during WWII.

He was a Union Carpenter with the Philadelphia Union 150 for 30 years before retiring. He was also a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg.

Surviving are his four daughters, Dolores, wife of John Weidman of Gilbertsville, Donna, wife of LaMont Bender of East Greenville, Diane, wife of John Misczak of Hatfield and Debra Hale of Pennsburg; eight grandchildren, Jennifer, Debra, Gina, Anthony, John, Catherine, Nicholas and Leah; ten great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Brielle, Hailey, Alex, Logan, Joseph, Angela, AJ, Isabella and Amara.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is predeceased by a grandson, William; brother, Domenic M. Bucci; and a sister, Rita Bucci Robinson

A funeral mass will be held at 11 AM on Friday, February 15, 2019 at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073 with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. A burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Pennsburg. Friends and family are invited to a visitation from 9:30 to 11 AM at the church prior to the service.
