Obituary for Antoinette D. Dornsife (Mitchell)
Antoinette D. “Tessie” (Mitchell) Dornsife, 101, of East Greenville, PA, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Pennsburg Manor. She was the wife of the late William B. “Pickles” Dornsife.
Born in Shenandoah, PA, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Antoinette (Baronsky) Mitchell.
Tessie was a waitress at local restaurants including The Globe in East Greenville and also worked at Precision Lens. She and Pickles loved to dance and spent many a Friday night over the years socializing from their favorite stools at the East Greenville Fire Hall.
Surviving are her four children, Dorothy Dornsife, Barto; Toni Dornsife, East Greenville, with whom she made her home; Keith Dornsife, Barto; and Tina Quartucci and husband, Rudy, Mansfield; three grandchildren, Stephanie Wills, Ryan Reigel and Shane Quartucci; and her five great-grandchildren, Jasmine, Jensen and Jayden Nyce, Jack Quartucci and Aiden Reigel. She was the last member of her generation and was predeceased by her parents, her sisters Anna Mentor and Veronica Supernavage, and brother Peter.
