Obituary for Bridget Beth Baughman

Bridget Beth Baughman, 57 years old, of Ephrata, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 21, 2022, after suffering from Alzheimers.

Born in Kansas City, MO, she was the daughter of the late Boyd “Barry” and Dianne (Harbison) Baughman and the God Daughter of Jim Cameron and the late Jessie Ross.

Bridget was a 1986 graduate of Perk Valley High School and in her later years was employed at Indian Creek Foundation in Harleysville, PA where she held various roles. She was a member of St. Philip Neri R.C. Church in Pennsburg, PA and Helping Hands, Inc. in Bechtelsville, PA.

Bridget will be known for her incredible sense of humor and her love for singing, dancing and enjoying her family’s company, especially at all the family reunions and St. Patrick’s Day parties. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, loved to read nature books, watch soap operas and the Wheel of Fortune and loved to travel. Some of her favorite places to travel were Jamaica, Ireland and the Jersey Shore.

Surviving are her seven siblings, Boyd “Bud” Baughman and wife, Dianna of Gulfport, MS, Gary Baughman and wife, Jenny of Harleysville, Laurie Baughman of Lancaster, Patti Martin and husband, Steve of Green Lane, Mark Baughman and wife, Kristy of Birdsboro, Deanna Martin and husband, Brad of Bothell, WA, and Michaela Buck of Pennsburg; and 11 nieces and nephews, Maureen, Laura, Chrissy, Gage, Conor, Darragh, Cael, Caeden, Carter, Jeffrey and Patrick.

A memorial mass will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at St. Philip Neri R.C. Church 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073 with a burial following in Holy Cross Cemetery. Family and friends may visit with the family from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at the church prior to mass. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville, PA.
