Obituary for Carole R. Leyden (Seitz)
Carole R. (Seitz) Leyden, 73, of Barto, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the loving wife of William J. Leyden, Sr., celebrating almost 50 years of marriage in February 2019.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late David and Victoria (Harbetz) Seitz.
Carole was employed with the Bucks County Courier Times for 15 years before retiring in 2002; however, her passion was raising her children and taking care of her family.
She was a member of the Red Hill VFW Post 5954 and the East Greenville Fire Co.
Surviving along with her husband are her two sons, William J. Leyden, Jr. and wife, Sharon and Chad B. Leyden and wife, Sarah; four grandchildren, Grant, Justin, Tyler and Hannah; and her sister, Beverly Yeager.
