Catherine E. Fretz, 90, of Frederick, passed away on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Manatawny Manor. She was the wife of the late Stewart S. Fretz.
She was born in Philadelphia to the late Karl Sr. and Catherine (Sturm) Einsele. She was employed for many years on the production line of Pillsbury, Inc., before retiring. Catherine loved flowers and gardening.
She is survived by her sons: Stewart A. “Butch” Fretz; Gerald A. “Skip” Fretz and wife Susan; Garland D. “Dale” Fretz and wife Mary; sisters: Marie Fretz, widow of Russell; Betty Einsele and her partner, John Januszak; grandchildren: Courtney Noll and husband Kevin; Joshua Fretz and wife Gabriella; Skyler Fretz; Shawn Diltz and Sarah Diltz; great-grandsons: Grayson and Griffin Noll.
Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA. Viewing is from 10-11 AM. Burial will be in St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery. Online condolences may be offered at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com
