Obituary for Craig N. Blackwell
Craig N. Blackwell of Macungie, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021. He was 61 years old. He was the loving husband of Peggy A. (Stewart) Blackwell, sharing 40 wonderful years together, 33 of those years married. He was born in Huntington, Long Island, NY to the late Chalma and Gladys (Van Nostrand) Blackwell.
Craig was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School and then attended the Carpenters Joint Apprentice Training Center of Philadelphia to begin his dream of carpentry. He was a union carpenter for over 30 years, most recently belonging to Local Union 167 in Allentown.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sister, Debra Lynn (Blackwell) Wall and husband, Rodney of Monroeville, NJ; brother, Lee Julian Blackwell and wife, Robin of Orlando, FL; three nieces, Christina Lynn (Wall) Marino and husband, Mike, Allison Blackwell, fiancée of Steve Hayes, and Lindsey Blackwell; one nephew, Christopher Wall and wife, Faith; and a sister-in-law, Nancy Lodato. He was predeceased by a half-brother, Stephen Blackwell-Lodato.
