Obituary for Donna Lee Collis (Schantz)
Donna Lee (Schantz) Collis, 59, of East Greenville, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of the late Robert A. and Betty H. (Shafer) Schantz.
Donna was a 1981 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and was a self-employed house cleaner. She was a member of the Owls Club in East Greenville and the East Greenville Fire Co. She loved picnics, camping and vacationing with her family. Family was everything to Donna and she loved every minute spent with them; especially being an amazing “Gigi” to her grandchildren and grand-dogs.
Surviving are, her partner in crime, William A. Moyer, with whom she spent 27 wonderful years; her three daughters, Tiffany Collis (w/Jeff Hackett), Kelsey Collis, and Shelby Moyer, all of whom are from East Greenville; her beloved grandchildren, Brandi, Bryce and granddaughter on the way - Brianna LeeAnn. Molly, her mother’s beloved dachshund (dog); her brother, Robert Schantz; and her two nephews, Robert and Gregory Schantz.
A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, July 9th at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041 with a burial following in St. Mark’s Lutheran Cemetery, Pennsburg. Family and friends may attend a viewing from 9 to 10:45 AM prior to the service. There will be a luncheon at the Owls Nest East Greenville from 1-5pm.
