Obituary for Edward A. Fegely

Edward A. Fegely, 95, of Macungie, passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at his home. He was the loving husband of Leilani (Krisko) Fegely, sharing 47 years of marriage together.

Born in Long Swamp Township on June 6, 1924, he was the son of the late Harry and Irene (Kriebel) Fegely.

Edward was a graduate of Emmaus High School and worked for Bally Case and Cooler as a door assembler for 16 years before retiring.

He was a lifetime member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church and was a 32nd Degree Mason. Edward was also active in boy scouts throughout his life, earning an Order of the Arrow and serving as an assistant leader; and in his earlier years, he and his wife lived and managed a farm with a variety of animals.

Surviving are his three nieces, Jody Todd and husband, Jackson, Sherri Coots and husband, Steven and Linda Krisko; three nephews, Craig Trapp and wife, Jane, Jeffrey Trapp and wife, Hyun Ju, and Lee and wife, Dana; and many cousins.

Due to the unprecedented circumstances presented by the COVID-19, services will be private. He will be laid to rest in the Palm Schwenkfelder Cemetery.
