Obituary for Eileen C. Saylor (Brunner)
Eileen C. (Brunner) Saylor, 74, of Bechtelsville, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late, Roy N. Saylor.
Born in East Greenville, she was the daughter of the late Christian and Melva (Hausman) Brunner.
Eileen was a 1964 graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and worked as a seamstress for many years at different clothing factories throughout the tri-county. She eventually retired from being a seamstress to raise and take care of her family.
Surviving are her four children: Matthew Saylor and wife, Tamara of Blandon, Melissa Saylor of Bechtelsville, Merrill Saylor of Fleetwood and Michelle Greene of Dunkirk, NY; eight grandchildren, Dylan Shirey, Dylan Craig, Tyler Shirey, Hannah Saylor, Ashley Wittman, Elizabeth Saylor, Krystal Saylor and Andrew Greene; a great-granddaughter, Jordyn Shirey; and her sister, Berdean Angeny. She is predeceased by a grandson, Jason Shirey.
A public viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Monday, October 5, 2020 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041 with a private family service and burial following. Online sympathies can be made on www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
