Obituary for Elizabeth M. Beller (MacMillian)
Elizabeth M. (MacMillian) Beller, 70, of Bally, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Grand View Hospital.
Born in Dunedin, New Zealand, she was the daughter of the late George and Marjorie MacMillian.
She worked for Mutual Industries in Red Hill where she was a supervisor for 29 years and was currently employed at Bally Ribbon Mills in Bally as an expeditor for 23 years. She also held the role of “Military Mom” as her son, James, served in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. She was an avid dog lover and traveler.
Surviving her is her son, James W. Beller, Jr of Bally and his fiancée, Donna L. Hellerman of Kutztown. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her companion Robert Nester.
At Elizabeth’s request, her body will be donated to the University of Pennsylvania Medical College for the advancement of science.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041 with the Rev. Ryan Travis officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 AM at the funeral home prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her memory to your favorite charity.
