Obituary for Glenn F. Gucwa

Glenn F. Gucwa, 64, of Palm, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2020 at his home. He was the loving husband of Caroline F. (St. John) Gucwa.

He was born to the late Chester and Dorothy (Klinger) Gucwa and was raised and lived in Warrington for most of his life. He worked as a machinist for McWane Ductile in Phillisburg, NJ for 10 years. He also held various other jobs that taught him many trades throughout the years; he was a handy-man and could fix just about anything. He was always willing to help anyone in need.

Glenn was a member of St. Philip Neri R.C. Church in Pennsburg, V.F.W. Auxiliary #113322 (Quakertown), Freedom Riders Motorcycle Club, Red Hill Gun Club and a Revolutionary War reinactor with the 1st New Jersey regiment.

Besides the organizations he belonged to, his other outside interests included hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking.

Surviving along with his wife of 10 years, are brothers, Terence Gucwa and wife, Mindy, Lance Gucwa and wife, Carol and his sister, Donna Felker and husband, Brian. He is preceded in death by a sister, Valerie Gucwa.

A funeral service will be held at 12 PM on Friday, June 26, 2020 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home with Rev. Anthony Hangolt officiating. A burial will follow in Whitemarsh Memorial Park in Ambler. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 11 AM to 11:45 AM at the funeral home before the service.
