Obituary for Joan Christine Rose
Joan Christine Rose, of KenCrest in Pottstown, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021. She was 67 years old. Born in Zieglerville, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Mazie (Heimbach) Rose.
Joan was a graduate of Perkiomen Valley High School and worked various jobs through the KenCrest workshops. She was a member of St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in Obelisk.
Surviving are her two brothers. David and and William “Bill” Rose. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by three brothers, John Rose, Sr. and Herman and LeRoy Rose.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, November 8, 2021 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, 3206 Big Rd, Zieglerville, PA 19492. A burial will follow in Keelor’s Cemetery. Family and friends may attend the viewing from 10 to 11 AM the church prior to the service. Masks are required inside the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke’s Lutheran Church or to KenCrest 960A Harvest Drive, Suite 100, Blue Bell, PA 19422
