Obituary for John L. Dickinson III

John L. Dickinson, III, 59, of Pennsburg, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Grand View Hospital.

Born in Virginia, he was the son of the late John and Dorothy (Strock) Dickinson, Jr.

John was a graduate of Owen J. Roberts High School. He was employed with the North Penn Water Authority as a Utility Specialist for over 35 years.

He was the proud father of Brittany and Rachael Dickinson and her fiancé, Drew Scheier. He loved his daughters and would do anything for them. He was also looking forward to becoming “Pops” to his new grandbaby in July 2024. His lady, Beatrice Majka, was the love of his life and he cherished every moment he spent with her over the last five years.

In addition to his family, he loved to ride his motorcycle. He was an active and longtime member of Committed Motorcycle Club. He lived to ride and spent many hours on the road with his friends and members of the club.

In addition to his daughters and his lady, he is survived by nephews, Alex and Joel Torres; and his beloved dog, Priscilla and cat, Polly. He is predeceased by his sister, Denise Torres.
In his last selfless act on earth, John was an organ donor through the Gift of Life. His family is thankful he was able to give the gift of life to many others.
