Obituary for Joseph J. Ronto Jr.
Joseph J. Ronto, Jr., 63, of East Greenville, passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Reading Hospital. Born in Phoenixville, he was the son of the late Joseph J. Ronto, Sr. and Dolores (Trump) Carmean and her husband, Albert of East Greenville.
He was a molding operator at Blommer Chocolate, retiring only 6 weeks ago. In his earlier years he worked at
the Ames in Pennsburg for many years before it closed.
Joseph enjoyed going to dirt track races all over. He also loved watching and going to the Phillies games, planting flowers, dancing and decorating his house for all the holiday’s. Above all of this, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving along with his mother, are his son, Joseph J. Ronto, III and girlfriend, Amanda Young of Reading and his mother, Diane Ronto of Pennsburg; two sisters, Elizabeth and Beth Ann; four brothers, Charles, Tony, Vince and John; and his grand-dog, Dozer.
