Obituary for Laura S. Wagner (Price)
Laura S. (Price) Wagner, formerly of Shickshinny, passed away on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at Gwynedd Healthcare Center in Lansdale. She was 99 years old. She was the loving wife of the late James W. Cressman until his passing in 1954 and the late Robert Wagner until his passing in 1995.
Born in Green Lane, PA, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Katie (Myers) Price.
Laura was a manager at Sumneytown Pants Factory before retirement. She was also a caring foster grandmother, foster mother and caregiver for many years. She enjoyed reading, sewing, quilting, pillow making and volunteering her time at a church food pantry in Shickshinny. She also found enjoyment riding her Polaris 6x6 around the woods and gathering fire wood.
Surviving are her four children, Gloria Volker (the late, David), Lawrence Cressman and wife, Mary Lou, James Cressman (the late, Rosemarie) and Russell Cressman and wife, Arlene; 16 grandchildren, Michelle Logan (Robert), Theresa Homan, Scott Cressman, Forest Cressman, Christopher Cressman, Billy Cressman, John Cressman, David Cressman, Mikey Cressman, Lori Smith, Bobby Cressman (Nicole), Joelle Winkler (Wayne), Heather Kleinsmith (Eric), Debbie Meyers (Gregory), Diana Houser and Sharon Smallwood; 13 great-grandchildren, Aaron Kozak, Alyssa Daniels, Courtney Santee, Austin Cressman, Kayla Sobieski, Sheldon Smith, Zach Winkler, Michalyn Augustine, Victoria, Jacob and Luke Meyers, Ashley and Dylan Houser and Kayla Smallwood; two great-great-grandchildren, Ashton Kozak and Brynlee Meyers; and a sister, Ada Breyer.
She is predeceased by two children, MaryAnne Kleinsmith (the late, Harold) and Richard Cressman (the late, Phyllis); and siblings, Wallace Deitweiler, Lillian Souder and John Criblear, Lawrence Price, Frances Yerk and Ethel Sczybek.
