Obituary for Linda Sue Hoffman
Linda Sue Hoffman, 74, of Hereford, passed away on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest.
Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late North Hinton and Margaret (Rotenberger) Henry.
Linda was a graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School. Until retiring in 2012, Linda most recently was working in Lousiville, KY at Loving Care Inc., caring compassionately for intellectually disabled individuals. In the 1970’s and 1980’s, she was employed at Norm’s Exxon in Trappe, Trappe Deli and Cutillo’s Restaurant in Pottstown. Following, she was employed at the former National Bank of Boyertown as a bank teller and the Bechtel Corporation in their payroll and accounting department.
She was a devoted Christian and a member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church. She loved animals and taking care of them, especially her three cats, and loved the outdoors.
Surviving are two sons, Michael G. Hoffman of Pennsburg and Jeffrey S. Hoffman and wife, Wendy of Zionsville; three grandsons, Jacob, Luke and Joshua; and two sisters, Virginia Bauman of Telford and Peggy Kolb of Red Hill.
She is predeceased by a brother, Robin Hinton and an infant brother, William Hinton.
