Obituary for Linda M. Petosa (Baldino)
Linda M. Petosa, wife of Michael B. Petosa, passed away in her Green Lane home on Friday, January 10, 2020. She was 70.
Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Louis Baldino and Margaret “Rita” (Traversa) Suder, of Philadelpia. Linda graduated from Cardinal Dougherty in 1967 and Pierce Junior College in 1969, where she earned an Associate’s Degree.
Linda worked for many years as an insurance broker for Kistler-Tiffany Benefits, of Berwyn, PA. Professionally, she was a member of the National Assoc. of Health Underwriters. She was a member of the Norristown Garden Club and enjoyed the beach, camping, entertaining friends and family at her home and cooking. She was also an accomplished singer and vocalist.
In addition to her mother and husband of thirty-five years, she is survived by her children: Donald J., and his wife Christine M. Petrella, of Pottstown; Step-Children: Michael William, husband of Johanna Petosa, of CA, Carlyn Vickers, of Downingtown; three brothers: Louis, and his wife Cheryl Baldino, of Harleysville; Raymond, husband of the late Maureen Baldino, of Cocoa Beach, FL; and Robert Baldino, husband of Mary Heil, of Phoenixville; six grandchildren: Donald, Nicholas Petrella, Sophia, Michael and Cornelius Petosa and Jarod Vickers.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 10 AM to 12:00 PM at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041.
