Obituary for Marie N. Derr (Albitz)
Marie N. Derr, 91, formerly of Boyertown, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Frederick Living. She was the wife of the late Robert W. Derr.
Marie was born in East Greenville, a daughter of the late Paul L. and Edna J. (Beitler) Albitz. She was employed for many years on the production line at Rosenau Brothers Co., as well as the former New Berlinville Harness House before retiring in 1988.
She was a member of Berks-Mont Golden Agers.
She is survived by her children: Norma J. Linsinbigler, of Pottstown; Marian R. Derr, of Newtown Square; Evelyn E. Roadcap, wife of Stephen, of Boyertown; Irene L. Kreider, wife of Harold, of Northwood, NH; and Richard R. Derr, husband of Salie, of Boyertown; 13 grandchildren and 24 Great-Grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her daughter, Susanna M. Derr.
