Obituary for Norton W. Thomas
Norton William Thomas, 68, of Green Lane, PA, passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Grand View Hospital in Sellersville, PA surrounded by his family and loved ones. He was the loving husband of Sandra Lee (Kleckner) Thomas for almost 51 years.
Born in Sellersville, PA, he was the son of the late Wayne and Phyllis (Norton) Thomas.
Norton was a Philadelphia Union Painter for 50 years before retiring. He was a jack-of-all trades and could work on and fix nearly anything. Most recently, he loved spending time working around his house. He was an avid hunter, fisher and lover of all animals. Most importantly, he loved his family and enjoyed his time spent with them; especially his grandchildren and great-grandson.
Also surviving are his two children, Jennifer Griffith and son-in-law, Michael Griffith and Jeremiah Thomas and wife, Danielle; his three grandchildren, Kayla Schaffer and husband, Tyler and Shayden and Connor Thomas; his great-grandson, Noah Schaffer; siblings, Wayne and Brian Thomas and Phyllis Snyder and husband, Daniel; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041.
