Obituary for Patricia A. Miller (Wilkins)
Patricia A. (Wilkins) Miller, 88, formerly of Boyertown, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Manatawny Manor in Pottstown.
Born in Frankford, PA, she was the daughter of the late Watson and Myrtle (Faut) Wilkins.
Patricia was a graduate of Upper Perkiomen High School and was employed as a knitter with the Great American Knitting Mills in Bally. She retired in 1992.
She was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ in East Greenville, where she enjoyed volunteering wherever help was needed. She loved to sew and her talent was evident in everything she made. When her family grew to include grandchildren, spending time with them quickly became something Pat treasured. She was active in their lives and attended as many of their activities as she could. They provided her with unending joy. She will forever hold a special place in the hearts of those she leaves behind, and she will be dearly missed.
Surviving are four children, Michael Miller and wife, Kathy, David Miller and wife, Marlis, Brenda Dotterer and husband, Brian and Cheryl Bechtel and husband, Jeffrey; nine grandchildren, Amber, Erik, Jill, Justin, Megan, Daniel, Matthew, Katherine and Lauren; and nine great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her sister, Nancy Grim.
A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ, 1070 Church Road, East Greenville, PA 18041. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 to 10:45 AM. at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA.
