Obituary for Richard H. "Bud" Gorman
Richard H. “Bud” Gorman, of East Greenville, PA, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at the Quakertown Center surrounded by his family. He was the loving husband of Doris J. (Bambino) Gorman, sharing 64 years of marriage together.
Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Richard and Margaret (Caulfield) Gorman.
He was a graduate of Mastbaum High School and served his country proudly in the United States Army.
Richard was a machinist for over 35 years at the former Teleflex in North Wales.
He was a member of St. Philip Neri R.C. Church in Pennsburg, PA and a former member of the Goose Hill Lodge in Sullivan County, PA. Richard loved to be outdoors; especially hunting and fishing. He always loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving are his three children, Christine McNamara, Michael Gorman and wife, Jennifer and Christopher Gorman and wife, Tara; and four grandchildren, Kirsten, Abigail, Daniel and Sarah.
A Mass will be held at 11 AM on Monday, November 7, 2022 at St. Philip Neri R.C. Church, 1325 Klinerd Road, Pennsburg, PA 18073. A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 AM at the church prior to mass. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville, PA.
