Obituary for Ruth Bieler (Schlichter)
Ruth (Schlichter) Bieler, 85, wife of the late T. Robert Bieler; formerly of East Greenville, died Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at The Willow Senior Living Home in Macungie, where she had been a resident since 2017.
Ruth was born on October 14, 1935, in Limerick, to the late Earl R. and Eva A. (Gauger) Schlichter.
Before retiring, Ruth worked for Knoll, Inc. in East Greenville for many years, as well as Hill Financial, RTC, and AAA Pottstown, where she met her husband Bob. Ruth was a member of New Goshenhoppen U.C.C. in East Greenville.
Ruth is survived by her daughter, Audrey (David) of Bethlehem; her grand-dog, Willow; and her siblings, Richard Schlichter and wife, Frances of New Port Richey, FL and Larry Schlichter of Upper Providence Twp. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Earl, Robert and Charles Schlichter and Doris Ziegler.
