Obituary for Ruth M. Rossiter (Vogel)
Ruth M. Rossiter, of Red Hill, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at her home. She was 78 years old. She was the loving wife of Richard (Rich) M. Rossiter, sharing 58 years of marriage together.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Rose (Naylor) Vogel.
Ruth was a 1960 graduate of Mastbaum High School in Philadelphia and was employed with Knoll Inc. in East Greenville as a secretary for 20 years before retiring in 2001.
Ruth was an avid Phillies fan, enjoyed the casinos, listening to Neil Diamond, bowling, cooking, going on cruises, and entertaining her family in her home. She also loved her dog, Maggie; most importantly, though, Ruth loved spending time with her two grandchildren, Ryan and Erica Rossiter.
In addition to her husband and grandchildren, she is survived by her son, Richard (Rick) M. Rossiter III, and wife, Sharon of Pennsburg; and her brother, George Vogel and wife, Linda of Sewell, NJ.
A private funeral service will be held at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville, PA 18041.
