Cindy M. Dykie

May 28, 1960 — October 4, 2025

Cindy M. Dykie, 65, of Boyertown, PA, passed away at her home on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Born in Sellersville, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Sondra (Flotree) Dykie.

Cindy was a graduate of St. Pius High School and continued her education at St. Joseph's School of Nursing in Reading, PA where she became a Registered Nurse. At her core, Cindy was a caregiver. She always said her favorite part about nursing was direct patient care. This foundation led her to a fulfilling career as an Early Development Global Study Data Leader for Sanofi, where she dedicated her time and expertise to improving the lives of others.

Cindy's strong Catholic faith guided her values and shaped her compassionate spirit. She lived a simple life and was known for her charitable nature, generously donating to numerous causes that were dear to her heart.

In her spare time, Cindy was an avid reader, a nature enthusiast, and an animal lover who found joy in the little things, like playing games on her phone or sitting on her porch watching and feeding all the wildlife around her; especially the birds. Her dog, Danny, held a special place in her heart, along with the beloved pets that came before him. Her knowledge of nature extended to gardening, where she lovingly shared her gardening wisdom with loved ones.

Most importantly, Cindy enjoyed an unbreakable bond with her sister, Rebecca, who was not only a sister but her best friend. They referred to each other as "Sister".  She also cherished every moment spent with Rebecca's husband, Robert or "Bobert" as Cindy would call him, and their daughters, Georgie, Lillianna, and Helen; who they all called "Aunt Sister". They were her world. She supported them in everything they did. She especially loved watching them play club volleyball. The memories they created together will last a lifetime.

Cindy is survived by her nine siblings: Michael Dykie, Cheryl Bauer, Patrick Dykie, Marilee Rowland, Matthew Dykie, Andrew Dykie, David Dykie, Rebecca Fitz, and Jeffrey Dykie; and a large extended family.

At Cindy's request, there will be no service.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to one of the following charities that was close to her heart: The Boyertown Multi-Service, 200 Spring St, Boyertown, PA 19512 or Mary's Shelter, 615 Kenhorst Blvd, Reading, PA 19611.
