Cindy Lee Fultz, beloved wife of Geoffrey C Fultz, of Gibraltar, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 23, 2026 at her home after a courageous 3 year battle with cancer. She was 69.
She was born in West Reading to the late Frank Mieczkowski and Jane (Clevenger) Mieczkowski Haas. Raised by her late step father Charles Haas and mother. Cindy was a 1975 graduate of Twin Valley High School and was employed in retail for many years at Adirondack Pools, Exton Pool and Spa and Empire Surplus before retiring.
Cindy's life centered around her family. She leaves behind a legacy of love as a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was an adored aunt by her family and loved spending time with them. Cindy's happy place was the beach. She loved spending time at her home on the Indian River Bay at Shawn's Hideaway in Millsboro, DE. Her love of the beach and water was evident in her keen interest in Lighthouses. She enjoyed all sorts of cards games with family; notably: Tripoly, 31, and Left-Right-Center. She enjoyed country music, NASCAR and the Steelers and Phillies, all the while savoring a favorite Busch Light.
In addition to her husband of 50 years, she is survived by her daughters: Heather Babb (husband Dana) and Brandi Grazioli; siblings: Dennis M. Mieczkowski (wife Janis) and Kim Haas; grandchildren: Chance Babb (fiance Alexa), Kylie and Hunter Grazioli, Jaxon Babb and many nieces and nephews.
