Donald J. Bauer

Donald J. Bauer, a beloved father, brother, and friend, of Barto, PA, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2026, at the age of 67. Born in Pottstown, PA, he was the son of the late Lawrence and Marion (Booz) Bauer.

Donald dedicated his life to serving others, having proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. Following his military service, he found fulfillment in his work as a maintenance technician for the Boyertown School District.

Donald was a devoted father to his two children: Chad Bauer and wife, Jessica, and daughter, Tara Bauer; four grandchildren: Emiliano, Calista, Ruby and Emmett; and his siblings, Anna Miller, Carl Puhl, Francis Bauer and Dorothy Davis. He poured love and guidance into their lives, creating enduring memories that will be cherished forever. He is predeceased by his brother, Richard Bauer.

A Celebration of Life honoring Donald will be held at a later date, with details to be shared with family and friends when arrangements are finalized. In the meantime, the family sincerely appreciates your love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.
