Born in Washington, DC, he was a son of the late Hubert C.Jones and Margaret R. McLane.
Edward was an Orchard Worker at many A.R.E. Camps.
Surviving are his daughter, Piper McLane; two brothers, Gregory Jones and wife, Rene and Thomas Jones; and a sister, Margaret Cox.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister, Anne-Marie Jones Kenviser.
Services will be private.
