Edward A. Kerver Sr.

Edward A. Kerver Sr., 85, of Pennsburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at his home. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Martin) Kerver, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage.

Ed was born in Sellersville, a son of the late Edward and Laura (Myers) Kerver. He was the owner/operator of Kerver Heating and Cooling. Founded in 1981, Ed passionately enjoyed working in the business repairing and installing oil burners until retiring in 2022.

He was an avid gardener who took great pride in maintaining his home lawn and gardens. Ed also loved collecting antiques.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons: Edward Jr. (Patricia); Timothy (Rian Cronauer), Jeffery (Tami); Brian (Luisa) and Matthew (Jennifer); brother, Franklin, 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by sisters: Dolly Weikel and Loretta Rodenbach.

A Service to celebrate Ed's life will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Upper Perkiomen Community Church, 258 Main St., East Greenville, PA 18041. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Upper Perkiomen Community Church at the above address. Arrangements are being handled by Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home.
