Eleanor C. Weinsteiger

May 11, 1933 — June 9, 2025

Eleanor C. (Bauman) Weinsteiger, a beloved mother, grandmom, sister, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025, in Barto, PA, at the age of 92. Born in Bally, PA, to the late Harvey and Florence (Mutter) Bauman, she lived a life filled with love, kindness, and unwavering commitment to her family.

Eleanor was married to her beloved husband, Albert P. Weinsteiger, Sr., for 64 wonderful years until his passing in 2017. A dedicated homemaker, she found joy in caring for her family, often going above and beyond to ensure that her home was filled with warmth and love. In addition, Eleanor also lent her helping hands by cleaning houses throughout her community.

Eleanor's greatest joy came from being a grandmom to her nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and in her later years, caring for family dogs. Her thoughtfulness knew no bounds; she never missed a birthday celebration. She delighted her loved ones with heartfelt messages, often singing "Happy Birthday" over the phone. Eleanor had a special gift for brightening someone's day with a simple card or a handwritten thank-you note, spreading joy and positivity to all who knew her.

A longtime member of the Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Bally, Eleanor's faith was central to her life, guiding her through both joyous and challenging times.

Eleanor is survived by her beloved sons, Albert P. Weinsteiger, Jr. and wife, Judy of Barto, PA and Philip B. Weinsteiger and wife, Clair of Green Lane, PA; nine grandchildren, Aaron (Julie), Krista (Jason), Erin (Nick), Philip (Kristen), Ryan (Amy), Tiffany, Hope (Marty), Travis (Meagan) and Drew (Jaimie); 18 great-grandchildren, Alex, Evan, Shane, Logan and Mason, Mia, Alaina, Aiden, Ava, Dominic, Hayden, Addy, Hudson, Francesca, Warren.
