Geraldine Weller, a cherished matriarch, formerly of East Greenville, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, surrounded by her loving family at 84 years old. Born in Pennsburg, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ella (Kulp) Adams. Geraldine was also the devoted wife of Charles R. Weller, Sr., with whom she shared a beautiful marriage of 62 years until his passing in 2020.

Throughout her life, Geraldine demonstrated an unwavering commitment to caring for others. She gracefully managed the challenges of raising seven children, while also building a career. She initially worked at Ford Electronics but her passion for nurturing led her to work for St. Paul's Lutheran Church Day Care in Red Hill for 15 years; where she made a lasting impact on the lives of many children. Subsequently, she embraced her role as a Bus Aid for the Upper Perkiomen School District for ten years before retiring. In her earlier years, she served her community as a fire policeman for the Pennsburg Fire Company. She was a member of Pennsburg UCC.

Geraldine had a zest for life that was evident in her love for playing bingo and, more importantly, in the joy she found in spending time with her large family. She cherished hosting family dinners and game nights, creating lasting memories that will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. As a grandmother and great-grandmother, her heart overflowed with love for her grandchildren, and she embraced every moment with them.

She is survived by her children: Barbara, wife of Michael Benfield; Charlene, wife of Robert Heinrichs; Sherry, wife of John Haas; Charles Weller Jr. and wife, Donna; David Weller and wife, Lisa; and Jonathan Weller and wife, Tara; 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; sister: Nancy, wife of Curtis Imbody; brother: Harry Adams, Jr. and wife, Michelle; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she is also preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda, late wife of Dale Nyce; and siblings: Patsy Schellhammer and Sharon Urban.

A viewing will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026 from 10-11:45 AM at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St., East Greenville with a funeral service to follow at 12 PM. Burial will take place in Pennsburg UCC Cemetery, Pennsburg, PA.
