Harrison Walter Snyder

Harrison Walter Snyder, a cherished father, grandfather and steadfast friend, passed away peacefully on June 6, 2026, at the age of 78 at Phoenix Center, Phoenixville, PA. He was the widower of Marica (Galanis) Snyder, who passed recently on March 8, 2026 after 51 years of marriage.

Born on November 20, 1947, in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, Harrison was the son of the late Harrison and Eleanor (Porter) Snyder.

Harrison served as a salesman in the sporting goods industry, where his passion for sports and connection with people allowed him to create lasting relationships.

He leaves behind a loving family who will forever treasure his memory. Harrison is survived by his son, Harrison Snyder and wife Donna; and his two daughters, Phyllis Medina and husband Jose and Susan Hoffman and husband Chad. Grandchildren: Tyler and Brody Hoffman, Alesha, Trent cand Ashlyn Snyder and Joseff and Nicholas Medina. Each of them carries a piece of his heart and spirit, and they will continue to honor his legacy in their lives.

At his request, there will be no formal services. He will be laid to rest with his wife privately at the convenience of the family.
