Irene E. Novelli, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on January 10, 2026, at the age of 79. Born in Wharton, NJ, Irene was the daughter of the late Ray and Mildred Winans.
Irene was a graduate of Randolph High School in New Jersey. She went on to enjoy a fulfilling career at Ametek.
Irene shared her life with her late husband, Frank T. Novelli, with whom she formed a beautiful partnership that lasted for many years until his passing in 2005. Together, they raised two sons, David Novelli (Heather) and Michael Novelli, who continue to carry her spirit in their lives.
A passionate collector, Irene found joy in her collection of pigs. She had a love for puzzles and crafts; and Saturdays were a highlight for her, often spent enjoying movie nights with friends, along with a glass of wine, further enriching her life with laughter and companionship.
Irene will be remembered not only for her gentle spirit and kind heart but also for her strength and resilience. In addition to her sons, she is survived by her grandchildren, Kevyn, Halle, Stevie, Walker, Josh, Melanie, Evelynn and Julia; three sisters; and one brother.
As per Irene's wish, there will be no service at this time.
