James Schmidenberg

James C. Schmidenberg, 79, of Green Lane, PA, passed away, Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Pennsburg Manor.

Born in Green Lane, PA, he was a son of the late Charles H. Schmidenberg and Emily (Jabs) Evans.

James was a 1956 graduate from Boyertown High School and worked at Henkels & McCoy as Journeyman Lineman for many years. He also did tree work around the community with his brother and was a 50 year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

Surviving are one brother, Henry Schmidenberg and wife, Marjorie of Telford, PA; three nieces, Sandra, wife of Dave Heitz of Sellersville, PA, Suzanne Bateman of Sellersville, PA, and Michelle, wife of John Carney of Ashburn, VA; two nephews, Robert Stoeckle and wife, Marianne of Quakertown, and Rob Schmidenberg and wife, Sharon of Spring City, PA; three great-nieces; and four great-nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Robert Schmidenberg; and a sister, Evelyn Rodman.
