Jan K. Blank, 77, of Coopersburg and formerly of Pennsburg, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014 at Valley Manor Nursing Home & Rehab Center of Coopersburg, PA.
Born in Trumbauersville, Bucks Co., he was a son of the late Warren R. and Ruth (Kline) Blank.
Surviving are several cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Warren Dennis Blank.
Services will be private.
Cremation services are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington St, East Greenville, PA. (www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com)
