Jesse D. Hasson, formerly of Perkiomenville and a resident of Frederick Living, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2025, at the age of 92. Born in Mont Clare, PA, to the late Albert and Mina (Sheeler) Hasson, Jesse lived a life full of purpose and left a profound impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Jesse was a graduate of Phoenixville High School before continuing his education at Lehigh University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in business administration. He served in the United States Army and Army Reserves from 1956 to 1962.

For many years, Jesse was a beloved figure in the Central Bucks School District. He spent much of his professional career at Unami Junior High School, first as an English teacher and eventually as the school's principal. His passion for guiding young minds and fostering a love for learning left an indelible mark on countless students as well as his own children, who fondly recall sifting through library discards and participating in impromptu spelling bees at the dinner table. After leaving the education field, Jesse was an insurance agent for Nationwide before officially retiring.

In 1958, Jesse married his beloved wife, Judith (Fogarty) Hasson. The couple enjoyed many road trips together, seeking out historical sites, pottery, and antiques. He was a regular each Monday at the Perkiomenville Sale, searching for collectibles. What brought Jesse the most joy, however, was time spent with family-especially his grandchildren, with whom he formed special bonds that will be forever treasured. A perpetual gift-giver, he never came to a gathering without some thoughtful item for others.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his five children, Jessica Smith and husband, David; Christopher Hasson and wife, Theresa; Seana Hasson and husband, John Johnson; Sarah Brendle and husband, Christopher; and Matthew Hasson and wife, Kristin; daughter-in-law, Teresa Hasson; 10 grandchildren, Denise, Carol, Liam, Aidan, Emily, Dillon, Elias, Jess, Phoebe, and Ivy; six great-grandchildren, Ben, Braden, Colin, Zach, Cian, and Rory; brother, John Hasson; and sister, Mary Polinski. He is predeceased by a son, Timothy Hasson; and a sister, Carol Polignano.

Services will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, East Greenville, PA. www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com
