Kathryn M. (Hrinda) Peart, 72, widow of Sidney J. “Sid” Peart, Sr., of East Greenville, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2015 at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Marie (Kokas) Hrinda.
She worked in the Production Department of Artistic Glass in Trumbauersville for many years before retiring.
She was an avid bowler and enjoyed cooking and trips to the casino.
Surviving are five children, Sidney J. Peart, Jr. of Pennsburg, Stephen W. Peart of East Greenville, Michael T. Peart and wife, Michele of Green Lane, Michelle M. Leister of Pennsburg and Kimberly A. Peart of Hellertown; three siblings, Dorothy, wife of William Caravello of Colorado, Jean, wife of William Long of Lake Harmony and Stephen Hrinda of Quakertown; six grandchildren, Meghan Peart, Ryan Peart, Nathaniel Peart, Cassandra Peart, Jody Peart and Owen Leister; and a great grandson, Jaden Ray. Along with her husband and parents, she is predeceased by a granddaughter, Tara Golden Peart.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville.
