Ray Bittenbender

Ray F. Bittenbender, 63, of Boyertown, died on Friday, December 21, 2012, at Lehigh Valley Hosptial – Cedar Crest. He was the son of the late Owen H. and Etta (Fox) Bittenbender.

He worked as a weaver at Bally Ribbon Mills for the past 45 years and also was a magician.

Ray was a member of Palm Schwenkfelder Church.

He is survived by many cousins and extended family.

A Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with Rev. Rebecca Y. Stephens officiating. Burial follows in Palm Schwenkfelder Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Friday evening and also from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday morning at the funeral home.
