Rena C. Snider, a resident of Birdsboro, PA, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2026, at the age of 80. Born in Lansdale, PA, Rena was a daughter of the late Charles and Carrie (Miller) Miller. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who knew her as a devoted wife, caring mother, and loving grandmother and great-grandmother.
Rena shared a fulfilling life with her beloved husband, William "Ed" Snider, for 25 years before he passed away, leaving a void in her heart that was only filled by her family. Rena's unwavering love and support were a source of strength for her children, as well as for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy and pride.
Having attended Boyertown High School, Rena embarked on a diverse career, working at establishments such as the Boyertown Foundry, Pennhurst, Boscov's, Cole Tobacco, and Engles Jewelry. Ultimately, she found her calling as an administrative assistant at a local law firm, where her dedication and organizational skills shone brightly. She then took a position at Jones Motor Freight where she met the love of her life, Ed. Rena possessed a remarkable ability to connect with people, lending support and kindness to everyone who crossed her path.
Rena's compassionate spirit and warm smile will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. Her nurturing nature made her home a sanctuary of love, laughter, and comfort, where family gatherings were filled with cherished memories.
She will be deeply missed by her children and their families: Daughter - Vicki Kriczky and her husband Denny, Daughter - Kimberly Vroman, fiancé of Ed Kriner, Son - Troy Vroman and his wife Alicia, Daughter - Nichelle Delong and her husband Bill, Son - Frank Vroman and his wife Barbara. She also had two step-daughters - Cindy Tobias, wife of Mark, and Joan Bartholomew.
She leaves behind her wonderful grandchildren: Ashley Vroman, Adam Vroman, Denny Kriczky and his wife Lauren, Eddie Kriczky and his wife Melissa, Troy Vroman, Jr., Talia Vroman, Brock Miller and his wife Emily, Jesse Delong, Dylan Delong, Frank Vroman, Jr. (deceased), and Kristin Vroman.
Blessed beyond measure to have great grandchildren, Ella, Valor, Becky, Vivian, Miles, Kylie, Ember, Mackenzie, Colton, Liam, Leilani, Kaelyn and one great - great grandchild - Luka.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
