Theresa (Fabiani) Engle passed away on May 14, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and deep connection with those who knew and loved her throughout the Upper Perkiomen community.
Theresa was a loving mother to her son, Jake Engle, and a caring mother-in-law to Erin Engle. She was a proud grandmother to Corbin and Maya Engle, who brought her immense joy and happiness. Corbin and Maya will always remember the imaginative and spirited stories she shared about life and the world.
She is also survived by her brother, Lou Fabiani Jr., and his wife, Peggy, along with several nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her kindness and vibrant spirit. Theresa was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Louis and Ellen Fabiani, and her siblings, Maureen Cousin, Francine Paczkowski, and Ronald Fabiani.
For many years, Theresa worked at the Valley Cafe, where she was known as the friendly face at the door. As a hostess, she greeted everyone with a welcoming smile and kind words, making guests feel instantly at home. Her warmth and genuine care left a lasting impression on countless people in her community.
Outside of work, Theresa found joy in life's simple pleasures. She loved spending time at the beach and in her garden, as well as hunting and fishing. She especially enjoyed socializing with friends at local "watering holes," where her laughter and lively personality brought people together.
Theresa will be remembered most for her big smile, contagious laugh, and the joy she brought into every room. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
