Leona, Christopher & Johnson family members - my thoughts and prayers are with you. I had a chance to meet up with Joe after our HS graduation. Met him at the MSD West Point Facility during 1991 and at our 50th HS class reunion in May 2014. I admired his honesty and leadership skills. He will be missed and may he rest in peace.
