Virginia B. "Ginny"  Hetrick (Batman)
Virginia “Ginny” (Batman) Hetrick, 87, of Zionsville, PA passed away on September 2, 2014. She was the wife of the late Homer H. Hetrick.

Born in Zionsville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elsie (Kulp) Batman.

She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills United Church of Christ, Bechtelsville, and belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of Upper Milford Western District Fire Co. #1.

She worked as a seamstress at the former Pennsburg Clothing Co. and for Knoll, Inc. in East Greenville.

Surviving is one son, Larry H. Hetrick and wife, Gayle of Emmaus; grandchildren, Pamela Marsh and husband, Donald of Hillsborough, NJ; Brad Hetrick and wife, Julie of Fort Mill, SC; 5 great-grandchildren, Samantha and Alex Marsh, Brooke, McKenna and Blake Hetrick; sisters, Beulah Miller of Zionsville, Althea Derr of Pennsburg and Pearl Wenner of Emmaus; brother, Paul Batman and wife, Mary of Zionsville. Virginia was preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon; sister; Dorothy Eppler and brothers; Harvey Batman, Sr., Earl Batman and Harold Batman.

The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with Rev. Dr. John Brown officiating. Burial follows in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Sassamansville. There will be a viewing from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
