Harold S.  Marks
Harold S. Marks, 96, husband of the late Pauline R. (Gressley) Marks, of East Greenville, formerly of Palm, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2015 in his daughter’s home.

Born in Kraussdale, he was a son of the late Edgar and Gertrude (Krauss) Marks.

He worked as a Molder for 37 years at Pearless Eastern Foundry in Boyertown.

He was a member of New Goshenhoppen United Church of Christ in East Greenville.

Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn, wife of Gerald Weisel of East Greenville and Nancy, widow of George Clouser of Bechtelsville; two sisters, Beatrice Kraft of Red Hill and Evelyn Whitehouse of Georgia; 5 grandchildren, Glenn, Dianne, Jeffrey, Cynthia and Allison; 9 great grandchildren, Colin, Dylan, Karissa, Cody, Nathan, Adam, Rachel, Addison and Reece and 3 great great-grandchildren, D’Nay, Brianna and Sienna; Along with his wife and parents, he is predeceased by a brother, Ernest Marks.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with Rev. Michael D. Jones officiating. Burial follows in New Goshenhoppen Cemetery. A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
