Our friendship goes back to Street & Smith Publications where Margaret worked with my sister, Louisa, and to Conde Nast Publications on Madison Avenue where we worked together. We shared many lunch hours grabbing a bite at B. Altman, Bonwit Teller's, Lord & Taylor, etc. and doing some shopping. We also spent weekends together at the Jersey shore with her beloved son, Jackie. He loved hearing and laughing at our jokes. They were wonderful times which will never be forgotten. I will miss our long telephone chats talking about our current and past doings and the state of the world. Margaret was a loving and generous person. She will be missed. Rest in peace dear friend.
