Edwin and Bob Liedike were always my favorite cousins to join us for Sunday dinner. Bob and Ed had the most engaging, wonderful smiles and both loved to laugh. Their Mom and dad never had a lot of money as so many then. But they loved to laugh and smiled as well. Edwin was such a good drummer as was my brother Joe. Edwin never bragged about his musical talents but encouraged my brother all the way. Having him and his family over was like opening presents on Christmas morning...they made everyone feel special while never realizing how special they were. Ed will be remembered by me as beacon of light and laughter that will go on forever. He had a knack of making everyone he met feel special just by his smile. You will be missed Ed but we will continue to smile just remembering you.
