Condolence: To me Doug,was a beacon of life, always cheerful,always had a kind word for everyone. You could hear the smile in his voice, and the laughter in his heart. I knew Doug from the many times that I called North Wales, it was always a pleasure to talk with him.He was part of the" best inside sales staff that Quality had to offer", I often joked with Doug about that line, but it was the truth.
