Obituary for Mary J. Mumbauer (Matzo)
Mary J. (Matzo) Mumbauer, 100, of Pennsburg, went peacefully into her Heavenly Home on Sunday, May 3, 2015, after a visit from many family members.
She was the wife of the late Linwood Mumbauer.
Born in Bethlehem, she was the daughter of the late John and Anna (Malicsek) Matzo.
Mary was a homemaker and later in life she worked at Pillsbury for 16 years. Mary loved being around her family.
She was a very caring person with a big heart and is going to be greatly missed by her family and the many people who touched her life.
Surviving is a Son, Ronald Mumbauer and wife Sue, Son-in-law, Richard Anewalt, Grandchildren; Richard Mumbauer, Lisa Mirarchi, Diane Painter, Erik Anewalt, Stephanie Anewalt, Yvonne Thomas, 8 Great-Grandchildren, 1 Great-Great-Grandchild. Mary was predeceased by a Son, Richard L. Mumbauer, Daughter, Linda Anewalt, 2 Sisters and 3 Brothers.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA with Rev. Robert A. Roncase officiating. Burial follows in Trinity UCC, Spinnerstown. A viewing will be held 10 until 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Offer sympathy to the family at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
