Obituary for John S. Batyski
John S. Batyski, 68, husband of the late Virginia (Stankus) Batyski, of Telford, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 in Green Lane.
Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Stanley and Julia (Sopel) Batyski.
John was a 1965 graduate of Upper Perk High School and later he served in the United States Army Reserve during Vietnam.
John worked as a truck driver for Fitzpatrick Container Co, before retiring in 2015.
He was a lifelong member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Pennsburg.
John loved animals, especially his jack russell, JJ.
Surviving is a daughter, sister, niece and nephew.
Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to the Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville, PA 18041. Offer sympathy to the family at www.mannslonakerfuneralhome.com.
