Obituary for Stada M. Smith (Krupp)

Stada M. (Krupp) Smith, 93, widow of Arnold David Smith, of Bethlehem and formerly of Green Lane, passed away on Monday, February 1, 2016 at Manor Care in Bethlehem.

Born in Trumbauersville, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Mamie (Fluck) Krupp.

She worked as a Sewing Machine Operator for 30 years, retiring in 1985 from the former Cinderella Frocks in Red Hill.

Stada was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Sumneytown.

Surviving is a son, Marvin D. Krupp and his wife, Grace of Bethlehem and one sister Beatrice Heimbach. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by two brothers, Roland and Lawrence Krupp.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Mann-Slonaker Funeral Home, 222 Washington Street, East Greenville with the Rev. Rebecca Eisenhart officiating. Burial follows in Frieden's Union Cemetery in Sumneytown. Family and friends are invited to a viewing from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
